Mylo Prime — Acceptable Use Policy
Version: 1.0 Effective Date: February 1, 2026 Last Updated: August 2, 2026 — stated the good-faith security research conditions directly instead of referring to an unpublished disclosure policy.
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) governs your use of the Mylo Prime services (the “Service”) provided by Mylo Prime LLC (“Mylo Prime”). It is incorporated into the Terms of Service and any Master Subscription Agreement, and applies to Customer, all Authorized Users, and any person who accesses the Service through Customer’s account. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Mylo Prime may suspend or terminate any account, remove content, refuse service, and report violations to law enforcement or regulators, with or without notice, for any actual or suspected violation of this AUP.

2. Prohibited Activities
You will not, and will not permit any third party to:
(a) engage in unauthorized practice of law, or use the Service to provide legal advice directly to consumers without supervision and review by a licensed attorney with subject-matter responsibility for the matter; (b) use the Service to make consequential decisions about an individual’s employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, immigration status, criminal-justice status, or access to government benefits, without meaningful and timely human review by a person qualified to make that decision; (c) use the Service to interact with consumers in any regulated occupation (including legal services) without the disclosures required by applicable law, including the Utah Artificial Intelligence Policy Act, Utah Code Ann. §13-2-12 et seq.; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, or otherwise derive the source code, model weights, prompts, agent configurations, training methodologies, or trade secrets of the Service; (e) use the Service or its Outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, or assist in developing a product or service that competes with the Service, or to extract data for such purposes; (f) circumvent, disable, defeat, or interfere with any security, authentication, rate-limiting, content-filter, or use-monitoring feature; (g) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system, except under an authorized bug-bounty or coordinated-disclosure program; (h) gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems, networks, or data; (i) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation or the source of any communication; (j) crawl, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service, except via official APIs and within documented limits; (k) send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or other communications that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Utah Telephone Fraud Prevention Act, or analogous laws; (l) operate phishing, pharming, smishing, vishing, or other social-engineering campaigns; (m) facilitate the unauthorized acquisition, use, or disclosure of any third party’s credentials, financial-account data, government-issued ID, or other sensitive information; (n) use the Service to develop, manufacture, or operate weapons, surveillance systems, or technologies whose primary purpose is to cause physical harm or violate human rights; (o) use the Service for election interference, disinformation campaigns, or coordinated inauthentic behavior; (p) use the Service in connection with critical infrastructure (utilities, emergency services, life-safety systems) without an executed agreement that expressly authorizes such use; (q) use the Service to generate content for academic, professional, or examination contexts where AI use is prohibited by the relevant institution or rule, in a manner that misrepresents authorship; (r) use the Service in any manner that would cause Mylo Prime or any of its sub-processors to violate applicable law or any third-party agreement; (s) exceed the seat counts, request volumes, or other usage limits in the applicable Order Form, or share credentials across users.
3. AI-Specific Restrictions
In addition to the prohibitions above, the following AI-specific restrictions apply:
3.1 Human review required
You must ensure that any Output that will be (a) filed with or submitted to a court, agency, or arbitrator; (b) sent to a client, opposing party, or third party as legal work product; (c) used to make a decision that materially affects a person’s legal rights, finances, property, or liberty; or (d) relied upon for a court deadline, statute of limitations, or trust-accounting calculation, is reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney or other qualified human before such use.
3.2 Citation verification
You must independently verify every authority, citation, statute, regulation, case, person, fact, calculation, and document reference contained in any Output before relying on it.
3.3 No legal-advice persona to the public
You will not deploy or expose the Service in a manner that holds out an AI agent as an attorney, that purports to form an attorney-client relationship with the public, or that provides individualized legal advice to consumers without licensed-attorney review.
3.4 AI disclosure
You will provide the disclosures required by the Utah Artificial Intelligence Policy Act and any other applicable AI-disclosure laws when interacting with consumers in the practice of law or another regulated occupation.
3.5 No prohibited training
You will not use Outputs or any data extracted from the Service to train or improve a competing AI model.
3.6 Consent for recording features
You will obtain all consents and provide all notices required by federal and state wiretap, eavesdropping, and biometric laws (including BIPA, CUBI, and the Washington Biometric Privacy Act) before using any recording or transcription feature, and you will follow any in-product consent prompts.
3.7 Privileged content
You are responsible for determining whether to submit privileged content and for any consents required from your clients. Submission of privileged content to the Service does not waive privilege as between you and your clients to the extent the Service is acting as your agent, but you remain responsible for managing privilege as to third parties.
4. Volume, Performance, and Fair Use
The Service is a multi-tenant cloud service. To preserve quality for all customers:
(a) Mylo Prime publishes per-plan limits (requests per minute, monthly token volumes, file sizes, parallelism). Exceeding these limits may result in throttling, queuing, or temporary suspension. (b) Automated traffic that materially exceeds normal interactive use, or that simulates many concurrent users from one account, is prohibited unless authorized in writing. (c) Mylo Prime may impose temporary limits to address abuse, performance, or cost issues, with notice where practicable. (d) Persistent or willful overuse beyond purchased capacity is a material breach.
5. Sub-processor and Provider Compliance
The Service depends on third-party sub-processors and AI model providers identified at /legal/subprocessors. Your use of the Service must comply with the usage policies of each such provider, which include (but are not limited to):
- Anthropic Usage Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
- xAI Acceptable Use Policy.
- OpenAI Usage Policies (where applicable).
- Google Cloud Platform Acceptable Use Policy and the applicable model-specific terms (Gemini, Vertex AI).
- Twilio Acceptable Use Policy.
- Stripe and LawPay Restricted Business Lists.
If a provider updates its usage policy, the updated policy is automatically incorporated into this AUP on the date the change becomes effective.
6. Reporting Violations and Security Issues
- Abuse: [email protected]
- Security vulnerabilities: [email protected]
- DMCA notices: [email protected]
- Privacy complaints: [email protected]
We investigate reports promptly and confidentially. Good-faith security research that is reported to [email protected] before disclosure, that does not access, modify, or exfiltrate another customer’s data, and that does not degrade the Service for others, will not result in legal action from Mylo Prime.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in any of the following, at Mylo Prime’s discretion:
(a) a warning; (b) removal or quarantine of offending content; (c) suspension of access for a user, an account, or specific features; (d) termination of the account and the underlying agreement; (e) reporting to law enforcement, regulators, or affected third parties; (f) recovery of costs and damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees; (g) injunctive or other equitable relief.
Mylo Prime is not obligated to monitor any user’s content or activity. The absence of action against any particular conduct does not waive Mylo Prime’s right to act in the future.
8. Updates to this AUP
Mylo Prime may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as set forth in the Terms of Service. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.
