Mylo Prime

SMS Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026

These SMS Terms govern the use of text messages sent on behalf of law firms ("Firms") through the Mylo Prime LLC ("Mylo Prime," "we," "us") platform to their clients, prospects, and other contacts ("you"). They supplement our general Terms and SMS Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

Firms use Mylo Prime to send transactional and informational SMS including appointment reminders, hearing notifications, intake follow-ups, document requests, and occasional firm updates. Message frequency varies by matter.

2. Opt-In

You consent to receive SMS from a Firm by submitting that Firm's public opt-in form (hosted at the Firm's Mylo Prime address, e.g. https://firmname.myloprime.com/forms/sms-opt-in) with the separate SMS-consent checkbox selected, by signing a retainer agreement that includes an SMS consent clause, or by texting START to the Firm's number following a verbal opt-in recorded by Firm staff. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining or purchasing services from any Firm.

3. Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from that Firm until you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for support information.

4. Carrier Charges

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Mylo Prime and the Firm do not charge for messages. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or device.

5. Disclaimer of Attorney-Client Communications

SMS is not a secure channel and should not be used to transmit privileged, confidential, or sensitive case information. Use the Firm's client portal or other secure channels for such communications. A reply via SMS does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Contact

Questions about a Firm's SMS program should be directed to that Firm. Questions about the Mylo Prime platform may be sent to [email protected].
