You pay for each staff member who logs in — attorneys, paralegals, and admins. Each plan has a small seat minimum (3 on Starter and Professional, 5 on Premier). Client portal access for your clients is always free.
Yes — Mylo AI is part of every plan, with no per-question or per-token charges. Each plan includes a generous monthly AI allowance sized well above what a typical heavy user consumes. If your firm has an unusually heavy month, we'll notify your admin at 80% — you can add a $50 AI Boost pack. Nobody is ever surprise-billed.
Yes. The AI Voice Agent ($99/line/month) is an add-on to a phone line ($49/line/month) — $148/line together, which includes 50 AI-answered calls a month. Beyond that, answered calls are $1.50 each.
