Signing in to Mylo Prime

Updated

Your firm’s workspace lives at portal.myloprime.com. Everyone on your team signs in there — attorneys, paralegals, and staff each use their own account.

Sign in with Google

Most firms sign in with Google single sign-on (SSO). Click Continue with Google and choose the work account your firm admin invited. You must use the same email address your invitation was sent to — a personal Gmail won’t match your firm account.

Sign in with email

If your firm uses email sign-in, enter your work email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.

If you can’t sign in

Work through these in order — they resolve the vast majority of sign-in problems:

  1. Check the address. You sign in at portal.myloprime.com, not myloprime.com.
  2. Check the account. If your browser is signed in to several Google accounts, the wrong one may be selected. Choose the account that matches your work email.
  3. Clear it and try again. Sign out of the portal fully, close the tab, and sign in fresh. A stale session is the most common cause of a loop where the sign-in page keeps reappearing.
  4. Try a private window. If it works in an incognito/private window, a browser extension or cached data is interfering — clear the site’s cookies.
  5. Ask your firm admin. Your admin can confirm your invitation was sent to the right address, re-send it, or check whether your account was deactivated.

Locked out entirely?

If your whole firm can’t sign in — not just you — that may be an outage on our side. Submit an urgent support request and mark it “This is blocking my whole firm”, or email [email protected]. Urgent requests page our on-call team.
