Signing in to Mylo Prime
Updated
Your firm’s workspace lives at portal.myloprime.com. Everyone on your team signs in there — attorneys, paralegals, and staff each use their own account.
Sign in with Google
Most firms sign in with Google single sign-on (SSO). Click Continue with Google and choose the work account your firm admin invited. You must use the same email address your invitation was sent to — a personal Gmail won’t match your firm account.
Sign in with email
If your firm uses email sign-in, enter your work email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
If you can’t sign in
Work through these in order — they resolve the vast majority of sign-in problems:
- Check the address. You sign in at portal.myloprime.com, not myloprime.com.
- Check the account. If your browser is signed in to several Google accounts, the wrong one may be selected. Choose the account that matches your work email.
- Clear it and try again. Sign out of the portal fully, close the tab, and sign in fresh. A stale session is the most common cause of a loop where the sign-in page keeps reappearing.
- Try a private window. If it works in an incognito/private window, a browser extension or cached data is interfering — clear the site’s cookies.
- Ask your firm admin. Your admin can confirm your invitation was sent to the right address, re-send it, or check whether your account was deactivated.
Locked out entirely?
If your whole firm can’t sign in — not just you — that may be an outage on our side. Submit an urgent support request and mark it “This is blocking my whole firm”, or email [email protected]. Urgent requests page our on-call team.
